Leo Chan

Senior Systems Engineer

Leo is a senior systems engineer on Breckinridge's technology team. In his role, he manages systems and networks supporting Breckinridge's business applications. Leo has been with the firm since 2024 and has over 15 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, and managed service provider environments. Before Breckinridge, he was an infrastructure engineer at Rakuten, designing and automating data center build processes. Leo also previously held systems engineer roles at Wayfair and Brown Brothers Harriman. Leo holds a B.A. in information systems and finance from Suffolk University, and a master's degree in information assurance from Northeastern University. He has several networking and operating systems certifications, including a JNCIP-SP certification from Juniper Networks.
