Ji Young is the Director of Business Systems at Breckinridge and head of Breckinridge’s San Diego office. In her role, Ji Young is responsible for overseeing and coordinating technology strategy and implementation among the business groups and bridges the Boston and San Diego offices to maintain seamless communication between coasts. Ji Young joined Breckinridge in 2010 as a research analyst and transitioned to portfolio management in 2012. She began her current role in 2022. She has also served as a member of the Sustainability Committee and the Risk Committee. She has over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, Ji Young was a credit analyst in the Public Finance Group at Assured Guaranty Ltd. where she evaluated various tax-backed and revenue-supported debt obligations. She began her career at Financial Security Assurance where she analyzed municipal and corporate bonds. Ji Young holds a B.A. in political science from Yale University and is a CFA® charterholder.
