Bob Conlon

Bob is Breckinridge’s director of human resources. In his role, Bob is responsible for the strategy and administration of the firm’s human resources functions including employee training and development, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, compensation and benefits. Bob has been with the firm since 2019 and has over 34 years of experience. Prior to Breckinridge, he was a human resources director with Adtech Systems LLC and BTMU Capital Corp. In addition, Bob served as a senior human resources manager at Bank of Boston. Bob is a board member of the town of Medfield’s Personnel Committee. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
